Bought Reward Pro Somewhere Else?
The Reward Pro core plugin is a free direct download, no account needed. The paid add-ons are sold exclusively through Stripe checkout on elandgames.com, and ownership is tracked per Eland Games account, not per plugin file. If you ended up with an add-on jar some other way (an old listing, a reseller, a friend’s server backup, and so on), your elandgames.com account has no way to know you own it automatically.
There is currently no automated purchase-verification for other platforms, linking an account this way is a manual, support-assisted process.
Getting your account credited
Create or log into your Eland Games account
You need an account at elandgames.com before support can grant anything to it.
Link your SpigotMC account (if you bought there)
Under Profile Settings , find the Connections section and verify your SpigotMC account by pasting the generated code into your public SpigotMC profile’s “About Me” field. This lets support confirm the purchasing account is really yours.
Contact support with proof of purchase
Join our Discord or open an issue on GitHub, and include your order ID, purchase receipt, or a screenshot of the transaction, along with the email or username of your Eland Games account.
Wait for the add-on to be granted
Support manually credits the add-on(s) to your account once your purchase is verified. You’ll be able to see it unlocked in the web editor’s Global Settings once it’s done.
Install it like a normal purchase
Once your account owns it, download the jar from your library and follow the normal add-on installation steps.
This only applies to paid add-ons. The core plugin never requires an account, download and drop
it into your plugins folder as described in the Quick Start.
